Advanced Nurse Practitioner

LRCMHC is seeking a Licensed Arkansas ANP or CNS with prescription authority. Applicant must be board certified in Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health with two years’ post-masters psychiatric clinical experience. The APN provides full psychiatric assessments, initiates medications, monitors medication compliance and provides medical consultations. This position is available as full time or contract status based on needs. Salary is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and status of position. Clinical Psychologist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Conduct group psychotherapy sessions
  • Conduct individuals therapy using evidenced-based practices
  • Perform comprehensive psychological assessments using up to date tests and measures
  • Consults with other specialists concerning treatment plan and carries out treatment planning
  • Performs brief initial assessments as needed
  • Participates on crisis intervention as needed
  • Documents services provided in required manner and before end of workday
  • Documentation must reflect client’s individual treatment plan
  • Completes and submits required documentation sufficient for billing purposes
  • Becomes credentialed in accordance with LRCMHC policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as directed by immediate supervisor to assist in carrying out the agency’s mission and goals.
  • Complete forensic evaluations either on site or at jail, including timely completion and submission of report and attending court as needed.

Director of Clinical Services

Position requires a Licensed Master’s degree or PhD in a mental health professional field with a minimum of ten years’ experience in a managerial capacity supervising staff and delivering services to diverse, underprivileged populations. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall clinical supervision and development of programs and staff, ensuring corporate compliance and CARF standards, and serving as a member of the management team. Mental Health Paraprofessional

Little Rock Community Mental Health Center is hiring licensed mental health paraprofessionals (LMHPP) for several positions. We have positions available in our Community Intervention Program. All paraprofessionals must have a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field. All positions will work with a progressive multidisciplinary team treating adults with behavioral health disorders in a community mental health center setting. MHPP to provide services, under direct supervision of a mental health professional, to adults with serious mental illness. Must have bachelor's degree from an accredited college; must be over age of 21; must maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance; must be able to pass background checks (criminal records and child/adult maltreatment); must successfully complete 40 hours of prescribed classroom training within two weeks following employment or demonstrate receipt of MHPP certification training while working for another organization. .


Mental Health Professional

All positions will work with a progressive multidisciplinary team treating adults with behavioral health disorders in a community mental health center setting. All therapists must be licensed or eligible for license in Arkansas. Salary range is $48,000-$55,000 based on experience and a competitive benefits package is available with these full-time positions.
