(LRCMHC) is committed to supporting each individual in fulfilling their chosen path of recovery towards self-sufficiency, improved quality of life and wellness through the provision of accessible, comprehensive and evidence-based community treatment services and supports. :
- Excellence - We gear our services towards recovery with an emphasis on achieving positive clinical outcomes and excellent customer satisfaction.

- Stewardship - We advance our mission by encouraging continuing professional development, by wisely managing our resources and by meeting internationally-recognized CARF accreditation standards.
In keeping with these values, LRCMHC is committed to be a strong and effective partner in the Arkansas public mental health system. We believe this system must create desired and positive outcomes for all persons served, must promote the elimination of stigma in cooperation with welcoming communities, and must meet expectations of its various stakeholders. As a provider of behavioral healthcare services, utilizing federal, state, local funding and other reimbursements, we hold ourselves accountable and are held accountable. Our responsibility is not to simply serve, but to ensure persons with behavioral health disorders have satisfying, hopeful and contributing lives that are consistent with their hopes and dreams. We believe active involvement by persons served is critical to the accomplishment of these goals.
There are multiple community stakeholders that impact and/or are impacted by what we do and we place a high priority on working cooperatively with them toward the accomplishment of our mission and values. Key stakeholders include, but are not limited to, persons served, family members and/or guardians of persons served; health care providers; law enforcement; the spiritual community; and local, state, and federal elected officials and/or agencies.
Accomplishment of these ideals is promoted by having services grounded on accessible and culturally competent services, evidenced-based practices, consumer choice, a commitment to recovery and reintegration, resilience, empowerment and independence.
A cornerstone is our commitment to excellence in person/family centered planning and services. We seek to utilize objective data and use a variety of methods to measure the degree of achievement of desired outcomes, including participation in Arkansas' statewide SPQM (Service Process Quality Management); program and contractual indicators of the Division of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS); statewide comparative satisfaction surveys; third party perspectives regarding our performance and other outcome measures.
LRCMHC is certified by the Arkansas Division of Behavioral Health Services and its pharmacy is licensed as a community retail pharmacy. Additionally, LRCMHC is certified by the Arkansas Medicaid program as an RSPMI provider (Rehabilitative Services for Persons with Mental Illness).LRCMHC is enrolled as a Medicare provider.
Further attesting to its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, the following LRCMHC adult mental health programs were most recently accredited in May 2014 for a three-year period: Case Management/Service Coordination; Crisis Intervention, Day Treatment, Outpatient Treatment. Such accreditation demonstrates a provider's commitment to continuously improve service quality and to focus on the satisfaction of the persons served.
