Thoughts of hurting yourself or others, thoughts of suicide, considering hospitalization for psychiatric symptoms, or other serious mental health conditions.

Please have all insurance information handy.

You will be scheduled with a licensed social worker the same day or next day to assess your mental health needs.

If you are in need of services, you will be scheduled immediately for a full intake appointment.

What to bring to your appointment…
Insurance Card

If you have no insurance, bring an Arkansas state ID and proof of income like a bank statement, a tax statement, a check stub, etc.

Current Medications

Provide a list of current medications and dosages.

Print, fill-out, and bring with you to your appointment.

We accept most insurances including Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS, Ambetter, Tricare, and Private Option insurances (EXCEPT QualChoice Private Option), and others. Call 501-686-9300 x 207 for more information about other insurances or a particular policy.

I don't live in Little Rock, can I still get services there?

Maybe. If you have insurance that pays for mental health services, you may be able to get services here. Transportation is sometimes an issue for people who live outside of the Little Rock area. If you do not have any insurance, you need to seek your local community mental health center, which can be found at the following link.

Why can't I get an appointment to get started?

We use just-in-time scheduling, so when you call to become a patient, we ask you to come right in either the same day or the next day. If you can't do that, we do ask you to call back when you will be able to come in. Don't worry, we will be able to see you very quickly! If you can't get in touch with scheduling staff, call and ask for the Admissions Coordinator or the Clinical Director and they will help you.

Do I (or your client) qualify for assistance in paying for mental health services?

Our financial assessment staff will determine if you qualify for assistance, but you will need to bring:
